Health Care Standards

The Care Quality Commission is the independent regulator of health and social care in England. The CQC are responsible for regulating care for both the NHS and Independent Health Care providers. Tyneside Surgical Services is a registered provider with the Care Quality Commission which means that we have met the rigorous essential standards of quality and safety and are therefore licensed to provide services.

Our services are underpinned by professional indemnity and medico-legal policies. This is provided by MPS Risk Solutions Limited a wholly owned subsidiary of The Medical Protection Society Limited.
