If you have recently been discharged from hospital and you are very concerned about your condition please attend your nearest accident and emergency department.

Alternatively, if you are seeking advice, and have had treatment as a day case, you can contact the unit on 0191 445 3009 until 8pm Monday to Friday. Inpatients recently discharged can contact the ward on 0191 445 3004, 24 hours a day seven days a week, however, your GP can also offer advice and support.
