Facilities

We are based at the North East NHS Surgery Centre in Gateshead, Tyne and Wear. Opened in 2005, the £14 million Surgery Centre is fully equipped to the highest technical standards with four state of the art operating theatres, 60 beautifully presented single bedrooms all with private en-suite facilities that can be accessed when receiving inpatient care. You can be safe in the knowledge that the Surgery Centre’s location allows direct access to the high dependency or the critical care unit should this ever be required.
